Expression of Interest

Clark Construction is requesting expressions of interest for Catering Service.

A one page cover letter to include the estimated cost per plate for the catering preparation for an average of 120 construction workers and a 4 day lunch menu to consist of meat, starch, and dessert with 2 or 3 choice variety. Requirements include: State health permits, references and all applicable business licenses.

Deadline is 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2006
